Pythagoras Children’s Academy gives children a strong academic, spiritual, and emotional foundation. - Preschool: Starts at $3,927
- Pre-Kindergarten: Starts at $5,100
- Kindergarten: $5,775

NON-REFUNDABLE APPLICATION FEE PER STUDENT (will be applied toward tuition):
- Preschool & Pre-Kindergarten Application Fee: $150
- Kindergarten – 5th Grade Application Fee: $300
SCHOOL SUPPLY FEES (payable in full at prior to the first day of school):
- Full-Time Preschool – 5th Grade Students: $300
- Part-Time Preschool/Pre-K Students: $250
HOT LUNCH FEES (optional and dependent on COVID):
- For all students except T/TH & MWF half-day Preschool students: $TBD
ADDITIONAL FEES:
- Annual Fundraising Event (2 tickets, per family): $300
- PPO Fee: Payable in full to PPO (per family) prior to the first day of school: $TBD
- Stewardship/Non-Stewardship Fee: $550
Stewardship fee must be paid in full or ACH monthly commitment at time of application or a Stewardship letter from an Orthodox home Parish confirming you are a steward in good standing for the 2024 calendar year.
PRESCHOOL TUITION & DETAILS
PART-TIME – 2 days a week
*Requirements: 3 years of age by 12/1/24, fully potty-trained. Students NOT 3 years old by 9/1/24, must repeat preschool the following school year.
- HALF-DAY: T/TH Preschool (9:00 am – 12:00 pm) – $3,927
- FULL-DAY: T/TH Preschool (9:00 am – 3:00 pm) – $4,504.50
PART-TIME – 3 days a week
*Requirements: 3 years of age by 9/1/24, fully potty-trained
- HALF-DAY: M/W/F Preschool (9:00 am – 12:00 pm) – $4,735.50
- FULL-DAY: M/W/F Preschool (9:00 am – 3:00 pm) – $5,200
FULL TIME – 5 days a week
*Requirements: 3 years of age by 9/1/24, fully potty-trained
- HALF-DAY: Preschool (9:00 am – 12:00 pm) – $5,100
- FULL-DAY: Preschool (9:00 am – 3:00 pm) – $6,000

Tuition Payment Options
TADS
Tuition payments must be made through our online tuition service, TADS. Payment options are as follows:
- Payable in full at time of registration (receive a $200 discount off Tuition only).
- Payable in 3 equal installments (8/2024, 12/2024, and 2/2025) through TADS (first installment is due on or before orientation).
- Payable in 4 equal installments (8/2024, 10/2024, 12/2024, and 2/2025) through TADS (first installment is due on or before orientation).
- Payable in 6 equal installments (8/2024, 10/2024, 11/2024, 12/2024, 1/2025, and 2/2025) through TADS (first installment is due on or before orientation).

CHURCH OFFICE
Tuition payments paid in full prior to the beginning of the school year may be made by cash or check in the Church office. Partial payments or payments after the school year commences will not be accepted in the Church office.
Stewardship
Admission to PCA requires annual stewardship to the St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church in Elmhurst, IL or other Orthodox Church. Become a steward today by filling out the commitment card available below. All dues must be paid prior to the school year. If you are a steward at another Orthodox Church, you must submit a Stewardship letter from your Home Parish confirming you are a steward in good standing for the 2024 calendar year.
