Alumni

For the last two decades, PCA has nurtured thousands of students who have grown to be successful individuals and make a positive impact in their communities. Although they have pursued their professional careers and even started families, they have chosen to stay connected with our mission and pay it forward for the next generations to come.

Are you a PCA Alumni that wants to stay connected to Orthodoxy and Hellenism? Here are some ways you can pay it forward:

  • Join our school board
  • Follow us on Facebook
  • Share your story after PCA
  • Submit a favorite PCA memory
  • Become a mentor and visit a class
  • Give a gift
  • Celebrate with your fellow alum, current families and students at our Annual Gala

Alumni Quotes

“My favorite PCA memory would be the feeling of family. I always had a sense of comfort from the moment I walked in every morning, being greeted by Father Malamis at the door, usually telling me I was late. From playing a small role of holding a rose the day Mrs. Dina was proposed to and being at her wedding. Till the very last day I walked out as a student I remember always feeling welcomed back with open arms. Mrs. Dina always wanted to make sure that I would succeed. Having begun with only 11 of us, to seeing the school grow to a thriving education facility that now welcomes students from preschool to 5th grade, is truly incredible. I made friends that I can’t image not having in my life. I made memories that will last a lifetime. Pythagoras is a forever home and I’m truly blessed to have been a part of those first years.” – Effie Kaldis, PCA Alumna – First class at PCA

“I have many memories from PCA that I will always cherish.  Seeing my papou there every day was very special to me. I made lifelong friends and was inspired by Mrs. Dina to become a teacher!” – Theodore Neofotistos, PCA Alumna – First class at PCA

“My favorite PCA memories are Kyria Kyriaki’s Greek Classes and the field trip to the pumpkin patch with our class each fall. PCA taught me the importance of our Greek heritage and supportive community from a very young age. My fellow students and I were able to grow up in an environment that showed us love and support, while laying the foundation to all of our academic accomplishments. I’m very grateful to havehad the enriched early childhood development that PCA provided.” – Connie Barkoulies, PCA Alumna
